Jewelry warranty 

YDA is commited to the highest possible standard of jewelry and that is why we are proud to supply a lifetime warranty for all of noncustom, Gold Plated/Vermeil jewelry.  If your product is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for one other item of equal or lesser value.

Please note that once a damaged product is returned, the item is discarded, and we will not be able to reship it back to you. A Warranty Processing Fee of 30% of the item value will be charged for all Warranty Replacements. 

Exclusions and Limitations

The lifetime guarantee only covers our noncustom, GoldPlated and Vermeil Jewelry. Items excluded from this guarantee include:
  • Custom items
  • Solid Gold items
  • Watches
  • Grillz
  • Apparel
  • Moissanite jewels 
  • 925 jewelry

 

Watches warranty

Our warranty covers only machanizm issues. For example: A watch is not on time (inside the warranty time) and didnt happened from a strong hit.

Warranty period : 1 year from purchase date.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Further our warranty does not cover you if their is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.

  • External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
  • External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
  • Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or ANY such incidental damages which occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
  • Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
  • Any damage if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
  • Watches that are labelled as water resistant featuring a screw down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Watch Pilot or any other manufacturer.
  • Damage caused from strap adjustments especially with Ceramic Watches.  We advised you use a professional watch specialist for this as any damage caused adjusting the strap is the customers responsibility.
  • This FREE warranty is voided if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. A $49 USD repair fee will be invoiced.

After recieving your watch please look into its “ATM” and verify the water ussage suggested.

Custom Item Warranty + Repairs

Custom items are final sale purchases. All of our Customized Jewelry is guaranteed under our 30Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, onetime repair of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects within 30 days from the delivery
date.
 
This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (ie: water damage, accidental breakage, missing stones, etc.). Please allow 48 weeks from the day we receive your package to repair the product.
 
After the 30day guarantee, all future repairable issues will be invoiced with a $99 repair fee. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be invoiced more than the standard repair fee.
 
Please note that any damage caused by exposure to water will automatically void any potential repair service, and YDA will not be able to repair your product.
 

Solid Gold Repairs

Solid Gold items are final sale purchases. We offer repair services for a fee of $99 for all future repairissues.
